Launch of Moto G85 5G in India:
The Moto G85 5G smartphone will formally launch on April 15 in India, according to Motorola. The next smartphone will go on sale in China on July 10 of this month, according to the country’s Lenovo-owned smartphone brand.
According to the company’s assurance, the Moto G85 5G might run Android 14 and be eligible for three years of security patches in addition to two years of OS upgrades. Also, according to the firm, the Moto G85 5G software features include Moto Secure, Family Space, and Smart Connect.
As a rebranded version of the Motorola S50 Neo, which was introduced in China alongside the Motorola Razr 50 series, the Moto G85 made its debut in Europe last week. Urban Grey, Olive Green, and Cobalt Blue are the potential colour possibilities for the highly anticipated. Notably, the e-commerce portal Flipkart has confirmed its availability by revealing the launch date.

Expected specifications for the Moto G85 5G
Expected specifications for the smartphone include a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a maximum brightness of 1,600 nits. The Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset, together with up to 256GB of internal storage and up to 12GB of RAM, may power it.
There could be a 5,000mAh battery inside the Moto G85 5G that supports 33W rapid charging. Regarding optics, the future Moto G85 5G may include two cameras on its back: an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 50-megapixel camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS).
There is a 32-megapixel camera on the front for taking selfies and video chats. Additionally, it is possible that the phone will be dust and water resistant (IP52) and that Corning Gorilla Glass 5 will shield the screen.
Following the September release of the Moto G84 in India comes the Moto G85. With a price tag of Rs 19,999 for a mid-range phone, the Moto G84 is probably going to cost the same as the Moto G85.
